Terms of use
Simple terms for using PageAmple.
Updated 18 October 2026Using PageAmple
PageAmple is a browser-based PDF editor. You may use the service for lawful personal or commercial document work. You must have permission to access, edit, sign and share the documents you use. Do not impersonate others, forge signatures or misuse the service.
Free use and technical limits
You can edit and export PDFs as often as you like, with no daily or monthly usage quota. Each PDF can be up to 80 MB and contain up to 500 pages. Document complexity and browser or device capabilities may affect processing.
Your documents and fonts
You retain your rights in your documents and signatures. PageAmple does not acquire ownership of them. When you choose a font from your device, you are responsible for having permission to use and embed it in an editable PDF. Automatic embedding checks cannot verify every font licence or your entitlement to it.
Review your result
Keep an original copy and review the exported PDF before relying on it. Some PDFs, languages or fonts may require substitutions or may not preserve every detail. Visual signatures are not certificate-based digital signatures; their legal effect depends on the circumstances and applicable law. Editing can invalidate an existing digital signature. Whiteout is a visual cover, not secure removal of confidential content.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access or error-free results. To the extent allowed by applicable law, warranties are excluded and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Software and third-party components
PageAmple’s original application code and branding remain proprietary. Permission to use the service does not grant ownership of that code or branding. Third-party software and fonts retain their own licences and rights, available on the Licenses page.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the service changes. The date on this page identifies the current version. PageAmple is provided by Aleksi Kavtuashvili. Contact: contact@pageample.com.
